Panchakarma is usually planned for 14 or 21 nights. Our physician suggests the length at consultation.
A sample day
- Waking tea, a walk along the paddy bunds
- Gentle yoga in the courtyard
- Breakfast: puttu and kadala, or kanji
- Abhyangam, then a herbal steam
- Kerala vegetarian lunch
- Rest, reading on the veranda
- Padabhyangam or a slow walk
- Evening lamp, breathing practice
- Light dinner, lights down by 21:00

- Days 2–6 · Daily therapies and yoga at the same times

Every programme
What the price includes
The same things are included whichever programme you choose. Only the therapies, their order and the food change.
- Two consultations with the physician, on arrival and before you leave, plus a short check-in each morning.
- Daily therapies as planned, usually 60 to 120 minutes a day.
- All vegetarian meals, herbal drinking water and evening tea.
- Daily yoga and breathing sessions in the courtyard.
- A written routine to take home, with food and daily habits.
- Not included: airport pickup (from ₹2,500 each way) and GST.
